Find an Accessible Park or Natural Area

We’ve compiled a directory of parks and natural and scenic areas throughout the state that are accessible for people with disabilities. We’ve included trails and nature sites that have firm and even surfaces for individuals with mobility concerns, braille trails and audio resources for blind or low-vision visitors, nature sites that offer inclusive programming, sites with adaptive amenities, and equipment to make visitor experiences more enjoyable. We are evaluating and adding new sites, so be sure to check back or sign up for email updates.

Help Create Accessible Places in Nature

We’re building a movement of people and organizations committed to making parks and natural areas accessible for people with disabilities and mobility challenges. Our efforts include evaluating parks, establishing Working Groups focused on best practices and creating a Resource Directory to connect you with experts and organizations that can help plan and develop more accessible parks.
