Are you interested in learning how to make your voice heard on issues that affect people with disabilities? Learn how to leverage your personal experience to drive meaningful change in the disability community. The Spina Bifida Resource Network (SBRN) invites individuals, family members, caregivers, friends, and allies to their virtual training series: Advocacy Made Easy.

What will be Covered:

• Updates on current federal and state legislation impacting people with disabilities
• Actionable strategies to participate in ongoing local and national advocacy campaigns
• Guidance on how to craft and share your personal story with lawmakers and community leaders

Who Should Attend:

No prior advocacy experience is necessary! Whether you are brand new to advocacy or have been involved for years, this workshop provides a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and build your toolkit. We encourage individuals with spina bifida, family members, caregivers, friends, and anyone interested in disability rights to participate.
