The Center for Urban Policy Research administers and manages the Inclusive Healthy Communities grant program in partnership with the NJ Department of Human Services – Division of Disability Services. The center provides technical assistance to grantees and provides trainings through webinars and in-person events to support organizations with projects aimes at enhancing health equity for persons with disabilities throughout the state.
