Organizational Summary
Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) grant program was established in 2021 by the Division of Disability Services, New Jersey Department of Human Services.
The program funds New Jersey communities and organizations engaged in initiatives that promote the well-being of individuals with disabilities in the communities where they live. Supporting projects that partner with the disability community to enhance accessibility, health, and equity. Initiatives supported by the IHC program serve as a model and inspiration for long-term change and focus on policy, systems, and environmental change that shape the way we live, work, and play.
